myWorkout - Fitness & Training app was built by Batmaci. This SERVICE is provided by Batmaci at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our service.

The information that we request is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Data retention and deletion policy

myWorkout - Fitness & Training stores your login information in order to provide you personalized content. You custom created exercises, workouts, workout logs, program plans and body statistics are also syncronized to the cloud database in order for you to keep your data permanently in case of you change your device or use multiple devices. App provides a "delete my account" functionality under your profile and if you delete your login profile all your data is automatically deleted as cascaded. These information is securely syncronized to the cloud database over the https with a certifcate and will be stored securely.

Full Version and Subscriptions

MyWorkout Fitness&Training app has some content only available with the full version. In order to unlock those features and use without any restriction, users needs to complete a subscription or buy one time "Pro version".

  • Pro-version is only purchased once and available for life-time for the google email account.
  • Subscriptions are re-occuring based on the interval. For example, if 3 months subscription is purchased, every 3 months displayed amount is charged. No refund is possible for the Subscriptions.

Free-Trials and cancellation:

  • Trials are without any charge for the indicated amount of time. If it is given 1 week, user can use the app with full features for 1 week. After 1 week of the trial period ends, automatically converted into paid subscription unless user cancels it till the end of the trial period.
  • If the user cancel a subscription before period ends, Full features will be active until the next subscription period.
  • Cancellation of the Trials and subscription can be achieved through the Google-play app. See theGoogle Documentation for more information.

Restoring purchases and Subscriptions:

  • If you change your device, on the new device your purchases will be automatically restored at the app launch if you are using the same Apple Account on your new device as the account your subscription You can also manually restore your purchases in case if there is an issue with auto restore. Go to Settings on the menu and tap on the top right corner "Purchases" button. On the Purchases page, you will see the restore button. Once you tap it, your purchases will be restored.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
